The difference being instead of having to waste your precious, free time trying to get that 10-minute oil change that takes really in hour. We come to you at your convenience. A. It's Simple. Q: What do you do with the old oil & filter? Q: We only have a few vehicles in our fleet will you still service us? A: Yes, Xtreme Mobile Lube services both small and even the largest of fleets.
Q: We have a mixture of small vehicles, large diesel trucks, and utility equipment like a tree chipper are you able to service us? A: Yes Xtreme Mobile Lube services gas vehicles, diesel vehicles and utility equipment large and small. Q: Our fleet of vehicles is only idle on the weekends? A: We service customers at anytime in the day, evening, nights, and weekends.
Q: Our fleet of vehicles are parked in a remote area with no electricity or water nearby? A: Not a problem! Our self-contained service vehicles have their own generator so we service your vehicles properly. Q: How often do you come to service us? A: As often as you would like. We have some customers we only service twice a year and some several times a month depending on how much the company uses their vehicles. Q: How do you determine what services to perform when you arrive? A: Our services are based on mileage. We service your vehicles based on the amount of mileage on the vehicle since last fluid change at a mileage rate determined by the customer so there are no surprises. Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lub replace boat fuel filters and water separators? A: Yes, at an additional charge. Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lube replace headlights or other bulbs? A: Yes, at an additional charge. But, these services must be requested when making the appointment. Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lube replace air filters? A: Yes, at an additional charge. Air filters must be requested when making the appointment. Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lube replace windshield wipers? Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lube perform chassis lubrication? A: Only on heavy equipment, as required. Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lube service transmissions? A: Yes, filter & fluid services. Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lube service differentials or transfer cases? A: Yes, only fluids. Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lube replace automotive fuel filters? A: Yes. Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lube service boat trailer or automotive brakes? A: No, on light PMS. Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lube provide a discount if I have my own oil and/or filter? A: Yes, if you provide your own oil and/or filter, Mobile Lube will deduct up to $5 off the service. A: We service most of Southern California Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lube perform single or multi-vehicle services at public businesses, homes, or other locations? A: Yes, with prior permission from the business owner or property manager. Groups of two or more, at the same location and time, will receive a $5 discount off each vehicle. Q: Do I have to be present when the service is performed? A: No, you do not have to be present. Mobile Lube will make arrangements for you to leave the keys and payment information. Xtreme Mobile Lube will lock your keys in the vehicle (where specified) with your receipt, unless other arrangements are requested. Q: Can I pre-schedule appointments on a periodic basis? A: Yes, you may schedule your vehicle to be serviced every 3 months (for example). Xtreme Mobile Lube will call and confirm your appointment a few days prior to the scheduled service date. Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lube accept credit cards or debit cards? A: Yes, Xtreme Mobile Lube accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lube accept personal checks? A: Yes. Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lube accept cash? A: Yes. Q: What brand oil does Xtreme Mobile Lube use? A: Various multi-weight engine oils meeting SG/SH specifications, Mobil 1 Synthetic multi-weight engine oils, or BMW Synthetic 5W30 engine oil. Q: Can I specify a preferred brand of oil? A: Yes, You may specify a preferred brand of oil, depending on availability. An additional charge may be assessed, depending on brand. Q: What brand oil and air filters does Xtreme Mobile Lube use? A: Mobile Lube uses the industry's best high quality Wix premium filters for our Deluxe Service and Original Equipment Manufacturer filters for our Euro/OEM Services. Q: Can I specify a preferred brand of oil filter or air filter? A: Yes, You may specify a preferred brand of filter, depending on availability. An additional charge may be assessed, depending on brand. Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lube offer a Senior Citizens Discount? A: Yes, Xtreme Mobile Lube offers a 10% discount off all services for our customers age 55 years and over. Q: How soon can Xtreme Mobile Lube come and perform services on my vehicle? A: Appointments must be made at least two days in advance to allow time for the Xtreme Mobile Lube technician to prepare for yor service. Q: Do I have to dispose of the waste oil and other hazardous products resulting from the service? A: No, Xtreme Mobile Lube disposes of all waste oil, filters, and other hazardous products for you, in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Q: Does Xtreme Mobile Lube practice clean workmanship and take precautions against oil spillage, etc. under the vehicle or on the premises? A: Yes, Xtreme Mobile Lube takes every precaution to ensure your driveway and property are left the same way they were found. Mobile Lube covers the immediate work area with absorption material prior to starting the service. Q: Can Xtreme Mobile Lube perform oil change services on boats in the water or in a storage location? A: Yes, Xtreme Mobile Lube utilizes a unique fully portable pump device capable of extracting the used oil directly from either the dipstick tube or a previously installed drain plug adapter hose. Permission to perform the service may be required by the property manager at some locations.
